The Trainer

Antwaun has been immersed in the fitness community for 9 years — and is continuously learning, studying and challenging himself just as he will challenge you. As an active duty member of the United States Air Force, he trained over 3,000 service members in three countries on health and wellness. He invented and implemented fitness improvement programs for six different military installations around the world— improving Air Force wide fitness scores by 30% with his trainees all reaching a 100% pass rate on their personal physical training tests. Snipe boosted the productivity, morale, and unit cohesiveness for over 200 units as he trained on resilience. He heavily influenced a culture change in the service by providing vital skills and tools to enhance mental health and foster healthy working environments for Airmen. After serving in the Air Force for 8 years and obtaining his military fitness training certificates, he was inspired to pursue his personal career as a fitness trainer & health/wellness coach. Sessions with Antwaun will involve functional, strength, and all elements of corrective exercise to improve function. He will be committed to making you the best you can be. With your dedication and commitment along with his training, the results are guaranteed. The process is challenging but worth it!

What Is a Health and Wellness Coach?

A health and wellness coach works one-on-one with individuals who want to improve their health and well-being. Using concepts drawn from psychology, behavior change, and life coaching fields, a wellness coach helps their client overcome obstacles to maintain healthy habits for life.

Clients might engage a wellness coach for any number of reasons, including:

  • Losing weight

  • Reducing stress 

  • Improving interpersonal relationships

  • Eating a healthier diet

  • Achieving better work-life balance

  • Increasing life satisfaction

  • Prioritizing self-care

  • Practicing a positive mindset

 

 

Naturally, these kinds of issues overlap. A health and wellness coach will look at what’s preventing their client from thriving physically, mentally, and emotionally, then give them the tools and support to reach their goals.

  • One-on-one personal training and group training must maintain 6 feet distance
